In June of 2000, Christine married Richard Scriber, a wonderful man. They live in Brooktondale, NY, just outside of Ithaca. Both are very active in their church, Tabernacle Baptist Church of Ithaca, NY* but still have found time to travel to many places.
Christine works part time. Some of the things she keeps busy with at church are teaching Junior Church, and VBS, and attending a great Ladies Bible Study. Rich is retired after 30 years with IBM and keeps busy finishing the house and landscaping, as well as being a trustee at church. They both help the social committee at church when asked. In the past three years they've been to Chile, South America, the Grand Canyon area, New England (twice) and took a cruise to the Western Caribbean.
Steve Moore, her thirty-something son lives in the Greenville, SC area and tunes pipe organs, pianos and the occasional harpsichord and clavichord. After apprenticing for over 5 years, he now has his own pipe organ tuning company in Greenville: Foothills Organ Tuning and Repair, in addition to working part time for the company in Charlotte, NC where he has become one of the three or four primary tuners. Together, the two companies regularly care for over 200 organs throughout the Carolinas and Georgia.
Rebecca Armstrong, her twenty-something daughter is in the USAirForce. She is a dental assistant and has received a wide variety of specialized training in the dental field. She is currently in her second enlistment, and for now, plans to make a career of the Air Force.
