Paul and Kimberly were the first in the family to get into the property rental business. They currently have 18 residential units spread over 3 properties and 6 commercial units in another structure, all in the Jersey Shore, PA area. Recently, Jim and Carolyn have also jumped in to this sometimes crazy and sometimes enjoyable business with 3 single family row homes in Philadelphia.
