Paul & Kimberly's rental properties are all located in Jersey Shore and Antes Fort, PA. They have 18 residential units, split over 3 different properties, and 6 commercial units in another.
Ten of their residential units are located in the historical building known by many in the area as the Dunkle Building, at 201 North Broad Street. This building was originally built in the 1830's and one of its many uses was as a boy's semimary. Hidden away in the attic is very special graffiti dating to the 1860's. Seems the boys learned at least reading and writing at school. In more recent times, the building was owned by and housed the offices of Doc Dunkle. Many patients of his are still alive and well in the area. If you know of any other information about this historical structure, we'd love to hear from you.
The commercial property, located at 213 Allegheny Street, was owned and run by the Masonic Lodge until 1992. This building , built in 1922, was one of the first buildings that the Masons had to sell off due to the aging of their members. Currently, the building is occupied by Billy Ross Dance Techniques (a dance school and studio), and The Dancer's Attic (a shop for dancing attire).
